Last year's drumming event was an amazing experience. I was released just two days before the event from the hospital following a surgery that removed some cancer from my body - I wasn't quite sure that I would actually be able to host the event I had scheduled, but felt it was SO important & by Divine Grace I pulled it off. I think you should do some online work while you are idel during winter. mostly i stay at home and work online while i can't go out of home.

I was just wondering what everyone has been up to since September. I don't see any new messages. Do we all sleep over the winter like the Bear. awaiting the warming sun of Spring. I think not.
I live in Canada, it is cold here right now and I am sure will get even colder before winter melts away.
All I can think about is getting to Drum, where ever and when ever I can, in doors or out doors does not matter to me.

Congrats All Drummers!
Our UU Drummers in Manhattan, KS, had a great time at our 10 Billion Beats Drum, 9/18, about 25 of us drumming around the fire pit. That was a fast clip of 4 beats per second. I didn't think it was possible to do that for an hour. But after changing hands and a few random rests, we all did it with a grand finale at 8:00!
